Puerto Rican Chef Recognized at the Chef Sur 2015 Gastronomic Tournament
In October 2015, the Chef Sur Torneo Gastonómico brought together over 100 competitors in Concepción-Talcahuano, Chile, showcasing culinary talent from around the world.
Representing Puerto Rico, Roberto Cátala from Universidad del Este achieved an impressive third place in the International Schools category.
